In this role, you take on strategic, technical, and organizational leadership of our software development team. Together, you ensure stable IT operations and continuously advance the development of our applications. You act as a driver for innovation and growth, actively shaping the technical future of our company. As a Teamlead your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth IT operations and continuous development of our software applications
- Managing software projects from concept to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring quality standards are met
- Achieving operational excellence in the development team with a focus on cost, scope, timeline, quality, technical debt, and knowledge distribution
- Supporting our strategic direction in line with annual goals and improving our agile development process
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your software developers, with a focus on skill-building and resource planning
This is what matters
- A degree in Computer Science or training as an IT specialist in application development
- Strong technical understanding of software development methods, processes, and tools, ideally with experience in product management
- Focus on frontend development with ReactJS and UX, along with good knowledge of backend development using C#
- Several years of hands-on experience as a senior frontend developer, lead frontend engineer, software architect, or full stack developer
- Proven leadership skills with a high degree of independence and assertiveness
- Solid knowledge in software architecture (e.g. OR mappers, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, message brokers, REST, cloud-native apps) is an advantage
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Nice to have: Good German skills (B2+) to round off your profile
